What if stress isn’t always something we need to escape? What if some of the uncomfortable moments in our lives are actually helping us build the capacity to handle what comes next?
In this episode, we’re reshaping our relationship with stress. We’re talking about the core regulatory system, neuroplasticity, building emotional capacity, and learning how to stay grounded when life gets heavy. But we’re also making room for softness-because becoming more resilient doesn’t mean becoming harder on yourself.
This is a conversation about sitting with what you feel, caring for yourself without guilt, and recognizing just how much strength you’ve already built by making it through the things you once thought you couldn’t.
Maybe the goal isn’t a stress-free life. Maybe it’s becoming someone who knows how to meet herself with compassion when stress inevitably comes.
