The Grief Nobody Sees

00:00

19:56

Not all grief is recognized. Not every loss is visible to the people around us. In this episode, we’re making space for the grief that often goes unseen-the loss of relationships, dreams, identity, health, seasons of life, and the future we thought we would have. We’ll talk about what grief can really look like, why there’s no perfect timeline for healing, when it may be time to reach out for support, and the power of giving yourself compassion instead of pressure. Most importantly, this is your reminder that you don’t have to be okay every day. Be patient with yourself, be gentle with yourself, and love yourself where you are today.

Depression can convince you that nothing will change. Things start to shift when you stop treating that feeling like a fact ❤️
